A. Eubank, at Prospect Station, Tennessee, were inspected by Chas. Pennington, on August 17,1919. The growing nursery stock was apparently free from San Jose Scale and other dangerously injurious insect pests and plant diseases. Said nursery is equipped for fumigating all nursery stock. This certificate has reference to insects and diseases, and Is not otherwise to be consider- ed aa an endorsement of the parties to whom issued; it does not apply to stock not grown in the afore- said nurseries unless such stock is covered by proper certificate in favor of the nursery where grown.
