Sgt. Joseph Hines, Commanding General’s Mounted Color Guard, 1st Infantry Division, originally from Mesa, Arizona, Salutes the colors as they are raised at the end of a Memorial Day ceremony, May 27, 2018, the salute highlights a 3rd Infantry Division Soldier who is raising the flag. Hines was clad in a World War I era “doughboy” uniform in an homage to the Soldiers who fought in WWI.
