The Kindluv dum (Kindls's House) also known as the Bondyho dum (Bondy's House) designed by architect Frantisek Kindl in Neo-Renaissance style was built in 1891-1892 on the crossroads of Na Porici and Tesnov Streets in Nove Mesto (New Town).
