Jacobiand they have two children. He served as a member of the GrandJury in 1910 and was active in the investigations conducted by thatbody. He was appointed as a member of the Board of Health by ^NlayorRolph in Xovember, 1913. Commissioner Arnstein is a member ofthe Argonaut Club, the University of California Club, Common-wealth Club, Belvedere Country Club, and Union League Passengers on the ^Municipal Railway cars have the satisfactionof knowing that every provision is made for safety.
