SIGMUND LUSTGARTEN, physician andspecialist on skin diseases, was born at Vienna,Austria, December 19, 1857, and he was edu-cated at the University of that place. He cameto New York City in 1889, where he has sinceresided. Dr. Lustgarten held the chair as lec-turer on dermatology at the University of Vi-enna ; he fills the same position at Mount SinaiHospital and at Montefiore Home, New York
