Fishing. Sami man pulling a fish caught in a net from a hole cut in the river ice with a chainsaw. Many nets are tied together to cover hundreds of metres of river. The nets are kept under the ice all winter. The Sami, or Lapps, are an indigenous population who live in Lapland, which stretches across northern Norway, Sweden and Finland, as well as north-west Russia. Photographed on the Lule River in Sweden.
