17/03/2012, London, UK: Paul Conroy, a Sunday Times photographer who was injured in Syria, makes an appearance at an Anti-Assad rally outside the Syrian Embassy in London and addresses the crowd. He spent most of the day in a wheelchair.


Photography from protests outside the Syrian Embassy, Belgrave Square today in Central London. A march of a 1000 or more Anti-Assad protesters marched on the anniversary of the uprising from Paddington Green to the Embassy. Anti-Assad protesters were separated from a much smaller Pro-Assad group by barricades and police lines. Both rallies finished on time and dispersed peacefully.
