Schloss Favorite is a baroque pleasure and hunting lodge. It is located on a hill in the Favoritepark in the direct axis north of the Ludwigsburg residential palace. It was built in the years 1717 - 1723 by Duke Eberhard Ludwig according to designs by the court architect Donato Giuseppe Frisoni in the Baroque style.
