They haveconsolidated with the Pech Manufacturing company andincorporated the Sioux City Engine and Iron Works,with a capital paid up of $240,000, to operate the twoplants together. W. P. Manley, A. F. Call, and T. , bankers; W. M. Thompson, of Elgin, 111.; R. , of Storm Lake, and R. A. Finkbine, of DesMoines, are the incorporators.
