As we neared theshore, however, we stood ofF on another tack which eased themotion, and, as the sun came out of the fog, we emerged fromour dark hole to find the blue water sparkling and dancingabout us. Ere long we had crossed the bar and sailed merrilyover the bay to our moorings at Fishermans Wharf, feelingthat we had added a new experience to our lives and hadgained a peep into another of natures wonderful treasure-houses.
