A large colony of Steller sea lions (Eumetopias jubatus) haul up on some offshore rocks near Campania Island, British Columbia. Stellar sea lions have near threatened status due to recent population declines in the northern Pacific, possibly due to decreases in fish stocks and other as yet unidentified reasons.
