Casino of Granville (Manche, Normandy, France)

Granville is a seaside resort on the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, a former port codfisher shell and the first port of France. On land occupied by the Vikings, the city founded by a vassal of William the Conqueror in the eleventh century, the former pirate town and fortress of defense of the Mont Saint-Michel, in the nineteenth century became a seaside resort. The casino is registered in Granville as historical monuments. Built by the Hotel Company of Normandy in 1909. Entrusted to the Parisian architect Auguste Bluysen, author of Le Touquet casinos and Algiers, and later those of Bagnoles de l'Orne and Vittel.
