As a confirm- ation of the supposed relation between these currents and the brush heaps, the latter were found con- nected with all of the lodges on the Carp below the point named, while none were to be seen near the lodges in Grass Lake, nor in the pond at the Long Dam, nor at any of the lake lodges.
