The Dining Facilities Administration Center participates in readiness training while utilizing a Disaster Relief Mobile Kitchen Trailer, August 14, 2017 at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse, New York. The borrowed asset provided Services Flight training in set-up, food preparation, and repackaging equipment. Airmen were able to demonstrate effective use of the equipment by serving breakfast and lunch to its members and wing leadership for real world disaster preparedness. ( Air National Guard
