LABRADOR SEA -- (Aug. 23, 2021) Seaman Tyler Nava, a crew member assigned to the USCGC Escanaba (WMEC 907), throws the heaving line to the 154-foot Sentinel-class fast response cutter USCGC Richard Snyder (WPC 1127) during a refueling out in the Labrador Sea. USCGC Escanaba is a 270-foot medium endurance cutter with a crew of around 100 conducting many of the service's missions, emphasizing law enforcement and security.
