London, UK. June 28th 2016. LGBTQI and HIV+ equality groups came together in an event organised by the African Rainbow family and Act UP London on the 47th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots in New York which started the modern gay equality movement to commemorate this anniversary and remember the victims of the Orlando attack. The protest demanded the government make PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) available to all on the NHS, protect LGBTQI asylum seekers and reverse policies that criminalise homosexuality all over the world. The event shared Trafalgar Square with the London Still Stays anti-Brexit protest. Peter Marshall/Alamy Live News
