Zyifoma ureatlv expanded posteriorly, the expansion conspicuonsly narrowed above, its height fully e(|ual to distance between last molar and olenoid fossa. Sajjittal crest begiiniing- at middle of posterioi- portion of braincase (the hindermost rounded part of which is smooth) its height increas- ing rather rapidly until slightly in front of middle of braincase it reaches 1 mm. Here it abru})ty ter- minates in a forward-(airved point. In front of the crest the median i-e- gion shows the usual ridges, but these are so reduced as to be scarcely visible by the unaided eye. Tail well d{M'eloped, longer than femur. Species examined.âRhlnonijcte- rls ((xray). âThis genus is verv strikingly characterized by the large secondary cusp of the u[)pei- canine and the i^eculiar cranial characters.
