Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Mary Allen, Delta Company, 837th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, center, conducts an After-Action Report (AAR) briefing following a Versatile Radio Observation and Direction (VROD) training mission at Camp Grayling, Michigan, Aug. 14, 2022. Allen, alongside other Soldiers of D Co., were able to gain first-hand expertise on the VROD system during annual training exercise Northern Strike, giving them the unique opportunity to be the first within the 37th IBCT to become proficient with the technology.
