Why cant we make just such a record with our freighttraffic ? Like the passenger the freight gets a ticket in theshape of a way-bill and it starts right. But unlike thepassenger, the freight often does not arrive safely. Why ?Because a trainman, agent, or other employe doesnt stop-look—listen.
