Majungasaurus and Masiakasaurus of late Cretaceous Madagascar.

Majungasaurus and Masiakasaurus of late Cretaceous Madagascar. Majungasaurus was a medium sized predator from the Abelisaurid family. They grew to 23-26 feet long. There appears to be evidence of canabalism. This is probably because of their island environment. Masiakasaurus was a small dinosaur about5-6 feet long. It had forward pointing front teeth for grasping small prey and/or tearing flesh off larger bodies for scavenging.
