USACE Black Rock Lock employees, the Buffalo District Dive Team and USACE Pittsburgh District Regional Rivers Repair Fleet (R3F) continue work on the Black Rock Lock gate repairs, including the grinding of concrete to access the acnhorage needing repair, Buffalo, NY, December 10, 2018. The repairs will improve the Black Rock Lock infrastructure and sustain the functionality for future navigation seasons.
