CALAIS, FRANCE. December 13th 2015. Makeshift tents and buildings in the 'Jungle' refugee camp in Calais, on a rainy winter morning. The camp is made up of approx. 6,000 migrants and refugees from across the world including Afghanistan Syria and Africa. The residents survive on donations from members of the public as they await for asylum claims or the opportunity of smuggling themselves to the UK on boats, trains or lorries. Donated 6 person sheds are slowly replacing the tents. the sheds are covered in tarpaulin to make them more weather resistant. © Becky Matthews
