The purpose of the amendmentis largely to prevent the sale of undrawn poul-try, which is becoming of more frequentoccurrence than the sale of poultry properlydrawn. The amendment is in the shape of anew section added to those defining when anarticle of food shall be deemed to be adulter-ated.
