Fig. 1 shows two samplesof a series of car inspection blanks, the originals being SAMPLE CAR INSPECTION FORM, B. & W. ST. RY. 3% in. x 9*4 in. in dimension. On the front, each blankcarries a list of items to be checked by the inspectorfor that particular car, a space being provided onthe back for listing any defects found and noting theaction taken on each.
