A scale model of new development NEO Bankside and the Tate Modern, made entirely out of sugar cubes, on display at the NEO Bankside Pavillion on the South Bank in central London. The sculpture, made by sculptor Brendan Jamison as part of the London Festival of Architecture, used over 80,000 sugar cubes in its construction.
