CARIBBEAN SEA (Aug. 17, 2011) – Coast Guardsmen attached to USCG Bear (WMEC 901) enter a rigid hulled inflatable boat to conduct visit, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) training with PANAMAX 2011 partner nations. PANAMAX 2011 is an annual multinational training exercise sponsored by Southern Command focusing on the security of the Panama Canal.
