Air Force Col. Angela Ochoa, 19th Airlift Wing commander, and Jim Breen, brother of Capt. Edward Breen, lay wreaths during a ceremony at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, Feb. 18, 2022. The wreaths were laid to honor THULE 80 crew members Sgt. William Blair, Capt. Edward Breen, 1st Lt. Maurice Cherry, Tech. Sgt. Raymond Hughes, and 1st Lt. Henry Thorsen, who perished during a collision while performing a flight training mission on Feb. 18, 1972.
