Paneer Tikka Kathi Roll is a patantha roll made with paneer


The basic kati roll begins with paratha toasted on a tava. Fried vegetables are roasted in butter and stuffed inside. Spices, red onion slivers and lime are sprinkled on top. Spicy potatoes, paneer, chicken tikka or mutton can also be stuffed inside. At certain outlets, the kati comes wrapped around a non-greasy rumali tikka kati roll contains Paneer as major ingrediant.
