His pa-rents then wentto West Leba-non, Maine,and from thereto A ndover, N. H., and while residing in the lattertown, Mr. Munsey completed his educa-tion at New Hampton Literary Institu-tion. After completing his education hefirst engaged in the printing business atTilton, which he conducted successfullyfor some time. Later he sold out theprinting business and came to Lakeport,where he took up the photographersprofession, some twelve years ago, incompany with Edwin D. Ward, formingthe partnership of Ward & Georare B. Munsey Mr. Munsey was also senior member ofthe firm of Munsey & Heath, the well-known bicycle dealers. About a year ago Mr. Munsey dis-posed of his interest in both the photo-graph and bicycle business, and at thattime purchased the clothing and gen-tlemens furnishing store, previouslyconducted by R. P. Babbitt & Co., inDepot square. Mr. Munsey has builtup a good trade at this stand, and car-ries a large stock of reliable goods, in-cluding; all the latest novelties and pop-ular styles ingentlemensclothing a n dfurnishings ofall kinds. The greatadvance madein the manufac-ture of ready-m a d e clothingduring the pastfew years, ena-bles Mr. Mun-sey to carry aline of goodswhich will com-pare favorablywith custom-made goods,both as to style,quality, and per-fection of fit ;while in thematter of course theready-t o - w e a rsuits are muchm ore
