The by-laws of the association are as follows, b?-ing given in full that the scope and plan of workand government may be fully understood: NAME. This association shall he known as the Car Fore-mens Association of Chicago. II. OBJECTS. The objects of the association shall be the bringingtogether of those interested in car department the purpose of forming closer ideas, discussing questions of interest anilsettling disputes that members may wish brought be-fore it. Meetings shall be held the second Thursday of eachmonth at 8 oclock p. m. at such place as may be des-ignated by the executive committee: change of timeand place of meeting shall be made only by the execu-tive committee, and the secretary shall notify eachmember of such change in reasonable QUORUM.
