Archduke Karl visited there VIII. Korpskommando in Luzk (Luck), here with Lutensionnant Brugler and the Panel Adjutant, Rittmeister Gross Archherzog Karl was on of June 1916, upper-commander of a section of the Eastern Front and commanded several armies between Brody and the Carpathians. As part of this commander, Archduke Karl inspected his associated units.
