Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast’s Contingency Engineering Response Team (CERT) members load supplies and equipment prior to departing from Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The CERT will conduct damage assessments of Naval Support Activity Panama City’s base facilities and infrastructures to quickly return the installation to full operational status from damage caused by Hurricane Michael.
