FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (July 14, 2018) A ceremony is held honoring hometown hero Adm. Frank B. Kelso in the Lincoln County Museum in Fayetteville, Tenn. Adm. Kelso had a 38-year career as a Naval Officer, and he was the Navy’s 24th Chief of Naval Operations.
