In additionHolden is willing to pay the expenses of thereceivership. Mr. Hardin got this morning an order toshow cause why the sale should not be is returnable on December 12. The Liberty Cycle Companys plant is atRockaway. The directors attempted to re-move the business to Bridgeport, Conn., inspite of an injunction, and prosecution ofthem was begun.
