Ministering as the Western Normal does to the higher educationalneeds of the western three-fourths of Kansas, there can be little doubt asto the future growth and prosperity of the young institution. It hasalready, though but a trifle over four years old, secured for itself a strongplace in the esteem and affection of the people of western Kansas.
