ADDITIONAL HYDROIDS FROM THE SEYCHELLES 7 Remarks This species differs from E. amirantensis in the presence of a well-developedand annulated thecal pedicel and in the sessile nematothecae. The material is similar to that described by Millard & Bouillon (1973) as°. Lovenella sp. Re-examination of this earlier material has established thepresence of nematophores in the samples from Praslin although in the originalpreparation it was not possible to relate them with certainty to the samehydrorhiza. The structure of the hydrotheca with its diaphragm and well-demarcatedopercular segments distinguishes E. other species of the hydrotheca is similar to that of Lovenella and t
