WASHINGTON (Dec. 14, 2016) Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus salutes the flag during a ship naming ceremony at City Hall in Washington, Dec. 14. The ships that were named were the first of its class ballistic-missile submarine USS Columbia (SSBN 862), the future Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Puerto Rico (T-EPF 11) and John-Lewis class fleet replenishment oilers USNS Earl Warren (T-AO 207).
