Pkt. 5c, oz. 25c, ^41b. 75c Magnus—A distinct and very promising new variety, of the color of Beauty and Acme, a bright, deep rose, but is heavier and more solid and a hand- some sort, unsurpassed in quality and in the production of fine large fruits which are unusually deep and firm of flesh. The form is perfect, uni- form, large and attractive. The plant is a robust grower with short joints, setting its clusters closer together than most varieties, and is a heavy crop- per. It has been thoroughly tested for staking up in the open field as well as for forcing in green houses, and has proven to be unequaled for such urposes.
