The Paseo Arts District was built in 1929 as the first commercial shopping district north of Downtown Oklahoma City. The Paseo Arts district is home to a number of chic bars, restaurants, boutiques, nightclubs, art galleries, and avant garde businesses. It hosts an arts festival each Memorial Day weekend.
