The march for independence held in Glasgow May 5th 2018 started at Kelvingrove Park and ended at Glasgow Green after passing through the city. According to the originators people attended the event and according to the police the route had to be changed four times due to road works… Many guest speakers including Tommy Sheridan spoke to the crowds, though it was pointed out three SNP for unknown reasons never showed up. The crowds where entertained by musicians, pipers and drums while a blogger dressed in tradition dress spoke of laws still in existence which meant he and his companions could still be arrested under English law.
