The German Federal Minister for Education, Johanna Wanka, presented today a report on the results of the new legislation adopted by the Federal Government on professional degrees recognition. In just one year after the new law has been introduced, the Ministry has received aprox. 30 thousand requests for recognition of foreign degrees. This testify the success of the new legislation and its contribution to the German labour market and the integration of foreign workers and immigrant professionals.
