Men women children dressed in traditional national costumes singing competition entertain visitors and travellers, Bulgaria

Music troops from across Bulgaria wearing traditional dress costume to compete in the Holy Trinity Monastery music and dance festival, musicians and dancers of all ages arrived at Ustrem Topolovgrad Stara Zagora region of Bulgaria to help raise funds for Nuns the Monastery dates back to 1836 and today is a working with a small collection of Nuns. Nuns settled into the Monastery in 1909 from the villages of Studena (Elhovo region). Mother superior Evpraksia, traveled across Bulgaria and Russia, to raise funds to pay of the monastery’s debts. People flock from nearby villages, distant towns, and cities to attend and compete in monastery holiday and fair. This year expat Suzanne Stone who lives in the nearby village of Kniazavo Topolovgrad region joined the village music group wearing Bulgarian traditional costume dress and entertained the crowds.
