In any event the engine should bea good steamer with even ordinary fuel,and we believe our friends on the otherside will be able to utilize all this heatingsurface to advantage. With a boiler pressure of 180 pounds,the drawbar pull, after making deduc-tions for internal resistance, will be 14,600pounds, making the ratio of adhesiveweight to tractive power equal to ,which shows the cylinders, small as theyare, to be plenty large enough to slip thewheels under anything but the most favor-able conditions.
