BALTIMORE (Oct. 5, 2018) Lt. Cmdr. Joshua Earls, a chaplain assigned to Carrier Air Wing 8, monitors a game of rock-paper-scissors during a Maryland Fleet Week and Air Show Baltimore community outreach event at Under Armour House at Fayette. MDFWASB is Baltimore’s celebration of the sea services and provides an opportunity for the citizens of Maryland and the city of Baltimore meet Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen, as well as see firsthand the capabilities of today’s maritime services.
