The work of the NightWatchmen, who make hourlypatrols of the Building, and ofthe Police and Detective Forces,is especially important to ten-ants, because they are sure ofthe absolute security of theirproperty during closed hours andbecause it prevents interruptionand annoyance during businesshours, of a kind commonly ex-perienced in som
