GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (Aug. 19, 2018) Sailors and civilian mariners assigned to the expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Spearhead (T-EPF 1) attend a Morale Welfare and Recreation barbecue. Spearhead is supporting Southern Partnership Station. Southern Partnership Station is a Southern Command-sponsored and Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet-conducted annual deployment focused on subject matter expert exchanges and building partner capacity in a variety of disciplines including medicine, construction and dive operations in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
