Hydrocele of the Neck is the name given to a disease which consistsessentially in the accnraulation of fluid in the proper structure or in the cap-sule of the thyroid gland. This fluid is generally serous in its character, theconditions favoring its development, and the pathological changes which areits proximate cause being very imperfectly understood.
