Originally built in 1805 for Marsh Family. Sold to Frederick Billings in 1869 and underwent big renovations. in 1869 Boston Architect William Ralph Emerson turned it into a Stick Style mansion. By 1885 it was renovated into Queen Anne style. Laurance Rockefellar inherited it in 1954 and more changes were made. It became a National Historic Landmark in 1967. Includes a working farms with animals and gardens, statues too.
