Tesco and Marks and Spencer shopping development in Aberystwyth, contracts have now been exchanged between the retail giants, Ceredigion County Council and the developers Chelverton Deeley Freed. Ceredigion County Council say Compulsory Purchase Orders are a possibility as the 3 home owners still refuse to sell up.
