Charlotte Brown, wife of Sgt. Titus Brown, a Military Pay Specialist and member of the 828th Financial Management Support Detachment, 28th Management Support Unit, 728th Combat Support Sustainment Battalion, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, looks closely at a coin her husband received from Brig. Gen. James McCormack, assistant adjutant general, during a welcome-home ceremony at the Lebanon Readiness Center Feb 7. Brown received the coin prior to the ceremony in part for providing outstanding service during his deployment.
